The Stages Festival

Since 1997, the New Jersey Theatre Alliance and their member theatres have offered a unique state-wide program providing free and heavily discounted tickets to performances and special events throughout the state.  

Classes, workshops, performances and more are offered to young people and their parents, adult and seniors as part of The Stages Festival every March.  Begun as a one-week program: Family Week at the Theatre, it proved to be so popular - not only with young people, but with teens, young professionals and adults - that the Alliance expanded the event to a month - and our member theatres now open their doors with free and discounted events for all ages designed to introduce them to the wealth and variety of theatre and theatre arts offerings in New Jersey.

Over 100 events are offered annually at member theatres, but also in local libraries, schools, hospitals and senior centers.
