Can I get two shows at one theatre?

No, the program is only for 3 shows at three DIFFERENT theatres, unless you select a bonus theatre. Then you will receive four selections. (top of page)

Do I have to pick the performance dates now?

No, you pick your dates when you receive your vouchers. (top of page)

Is the Theatre Sampler Series refundable?

We are sorry but we cannot refund your purchase once you have selected your performances. If your voucher has not been redeemed because you changed your mind about the show, we will be happy to exchange it for another show. (top of page)

Can I exchange my voucher for another show once I have redeemed it for tickets at the theatre?

Once a voucher has been redeemed for tickets our office is unable to assist you in an exchange. Any exchange must be handled through the theatre box office. (top of page)

What if I only have 1 or 2 shows that I want to see right now?

That’s OK! Order your Sampler now and we will send you vouchers for the 1 or 2 theatres you want to attend. When you decide what your remaining selection is you can give our staff a call or e-mail us at info@njtheatrealliance.org. Your sampler has an 18 month shelf life; that's the equivalent of two theatre seasons! (top of page)

Does the Sampler expire?

Yes, your Sampler expires after 18 months of purchase. (top of page)

When will I receive my Samplers?

Allow at least one week for processing your order. (top of page)

What if I want my Sampler in less than a week?

Any Samplers that need to be processed under a week (5 business days) will be incur a $10 RUSH FEE.  This is on top of the $5 handling fee. (top of page)

Does the box office hold my tickets or do I get them in the mail?

All theatres will hold your tickets at the box office. (top of page)

Can I use my AAA discount with the Sampler?

The Sampler cannot be combined with any other discount. (top of page)

Is there any limit to the number of Samplers I can order?
